1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetMyFetish ("the Site", "we", "us", "our"), located at meetmyfetish.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this Site. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Use the Site for commercial solicitation, spam, or scams.
  • Post content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to circumvent security features or access other users' accounts.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Site.

5. Content Rules

Users may upload photos, text, and other media. All user-generated content must comply with the following:

  • All persons depicted must be 18+ and must have consented to the content being shared.
  • No content depicting real violence, blood play resulting in injury, or non-consensual acts.
  • No content promoting illegal substances or illegal activities.
  • No revenge porn or content shared without the depicted person's consent.
  • BDSM and fetish content is permitted provided it depicts consensual activity between adults.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Consent & Safety

MeetMyFetish promotes the principles of Safe, Sane, and Consensual (SSC) and Risk-Aware Consensual Kink (RACK). All interactions facilitated through the Site should be based on informed, enthusiastic consent. The Site is not responsible for interactions that occur between members offline.

7. Membership & Payments

Some features may require a paid membership. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by MeetMyFetish and protected by copyright and trademark laws. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Site. You retain ownership of your original content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MeetMyFetish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including interactions with other users.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles or the identity of users.
  • We are not responsible for any physical, emotional, or financial harm resulting from meetups or relationships initiated through the Site.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding your claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and intellectual property) shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
