Notice of Copyright Infringement

MeetMyFetish respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on MeetMyFetish infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it on the Site (e.g., URL or profile link).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Designated Agent

Please submit DMCA notices via email for the fastest response. Include "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

MeetMyFetish maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We will disable access to infringing content promptly upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.

Non-Copyright Content Removal

If content on MeetMyFetish features you without your consent (e.g., photos or videos posted without permission), but it is not a copyright issue, please contact us at safety@meetmyfetish.com. We take non-consensual content sharing extremely seriously and will investigate promptly.
